Haiti bar

Before the 7.0-magnitude earthquake hit Haiti, Columbia had already answered the call to help the western hemisphere’s poorest nation, initiating a community development and hunger project in the Central Plateau.

As Haitians struggle with this latest natural disaster, will you answer their call for help now and over the coming months and years?

The greatest gift you can give these faithful, devastated people is to pray. You can also be part of the answer to Haitians' prayers by serving with Columbia through its ongoing partner in Haiti: World Vision.

Spending Ourselves...

Today, an unemployed woman in the Washington, D.C., suburbs, a retired coal miner in the Southwest Virginia mountains, a young mother in Haiti and a child in India’s slums share a common bond. Hunger.

Caught in poverty’s grasp, they hunger for food, hope and life.

How will we respond? What will we give?

Spend Your Time. Energy. Money.

Spend Yourself.

“And if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.” Isaiah 58:10
