The Full Day Program runs year round (08/28/23 through 08/16/2024), Monday through Friday.


Hours of operations:

  • Core Program: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Aftercare: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

HALF DAY PROGRAM FALL 2024

This is a 9 month program (starting 09/03/24 through 06/13/25), serving children 2 yrs through 5 yrs of age, from 9 am to 1 pm. Families can choose to enroll their children for 5, 3 or 2 days a week:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Monday - Wednesday - Friday
  • Tuesday - Thursday


Ages: 2 years through 5 years old.

HALF DAY PROGRAM CAMP SUMMER 2024

During the summer months Half Day families can enroll their children in Summer Programming (running 06/24/24 through 08/16/2024), by week.

Ages:  3 years through 5 years old

Schedule:  Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm (Lunch included)

Tuition:  $250 per week

GENERAL INFORMATION

All children must be able to walk independently by their first day of school.

Children must reach the classroom age by September 1st.

A Sibling Discount is applied to the lowest tuition rate.


Each child, including current students, must submit an online application along with a $150 Non-Refundable Application Fee. Once placement is offered and accepted, a Non-Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month’s tuition) will be required to secure the placement. If placement is not offered applicants will be put on a waitlist.

RETURNING FAMILIES

The Returning Family Enrollment Application for the following school year is emailed directly to current families. Current families should complete this form within two weeks of receiving the email in order to guarantee placement for the following school year. Submission of the application form authorizes the Center to process the $150 application fee through Kindertales.

* Both 4s and Jr.K classes prepare your child for Kindergarten. Historically, most children enrolled in the 4s classroom go to Kindergarten after they graduate from the CDC and do very well in school. The Jr.K classes are designed for children who miss the September 30 cut-off for Kindergarten and/or have completed a 4 year old preschool class already and want an additional year of preschool at parents' request. Children who have not completed a 4 year old preschool class need to be close to turning 5 years old by the first day of school to be considered for Jr.K placement. Older children will be given priority.


**Enrollment in After Care is for the entire school year.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENTS AND FEES

Application Fees, Security Deposit and Tuition Payments

  • For returning families, the $150 non-refundable Application Fee is paid through Kindertales. This fee is applied to each application submitted.
  • For returning families, if you are re-enrolling a child and/or enrolling a sibling, please complete the Returning Family Enrollment Application that will be emailed to current families.
  • For new families the $150 non-refundable Application Fee is paid with a credit card. This fee is applied to each application submitted.
  • An offer email will be sent requesting a reply accepting or declining placement. Once the program is full, waitlist emails will be sent to the remaining families.
  • Once accepted, to secure your child’s placement, a non-refundable/non-transferable Security Deposit will be made via direct bank draft managed by Kindertales Childcare Management Software. The Security Deposit is equal to one month's tuition including elected aftercare. 
  • Fees include two snacks and lunch daily, mats, sheets and blankets.

Additional Enrollment FAQ

  • Enrollment in Aftercare is for the entire school year and subject to the same withdrawal policy as tuition.
  • Age Requirement: Children must reach the classroom age by September 1st.
  • A Sibling Discount is applied to the lowest tuition rate(s).
