Columbia is committed to helping those in the community who are impacted by issues of mental health. Together we hope to break the stigma, cycle, and silence caused by mental illness, and help support flourishing lives.

We recommend and occasionally host in person the Fairfax - Falls Church County's trainings. All of these trainings are available virtually on the county website.
Caregivers Support Group: A group for those who care for kids, spouses or parents struggling with mental health challenges. Connect with others who are walking a similar journey for support and encouragement.
